Why it matters

Why DMs and manual scheduling break down

These are the blockers teams hit before they find a better system.

Back-and-forth kills deals

When every booking starts with "what times work?", threads go cold. Brands move on to creators who make it easy to pick a slot and pay in one step.

Double bookings and timezone mistakes

Spreadsheets and manual calendar invites do not respect your other commitments or the attendee timezone. One overlap costs trust and repeat business.

No clean way to charge for your time

Free discovery calls are fine, but strategy sessions and portfolio reviews deserve a price. Without checkout at booking time, chasing UPI payments adds friction after the call.

How it works

From setup to your first booked call in 3 steps

Three straightforward steps, from setup to your first result.

1

Connect Google and create session types

Link Google Calendar from Bookings settings, set your timezone and policies, then add session types (free intro call, paid consultation, etc.) with duration and pricing.

2

Set availability and share your page

Define weekly hours, block dates, and optional buffers. Copy your public booking URL, embed it on your portfolio, or add it to your Instagram bio.

3

Show up. Get paid. Follow up.

Bookings land on your calendar with Google Meet. Paid sessions credit your wallet. Reminder and follow-up emails keep attendees on track without manual work.

Public Booking Page

One link where anyone can book and pay you

The problem

Sharing availability over Instagram DMs is slow, error-prone, and unprofessional. Brands expect the same smooth experience they get from SaaS tools.

Your public booking page shows session types, live availability in the visitor timezone, and Razorpay checkout for paid calls. Share the URL anywhere or embed it on your portfolio.

  • No account required for attendees
  • Free and paid sessions on the same page
  • Mobile-friendly slot picker

Google Calendar & Meet

Real availability and Meet links without manual work

The problem

Manually sending Meet links and checking three calendars for conflicts wastes time and causes embarrassing double bookings.

UGC Content reads Google free and busy data, applies your rules, creates the calendar event, and attaches Google Meet. Confirmation emails include Click here to join when the link is ready.

  • Pick which calendars block your slots
  • Buffers and daily caps built into the engine
  • Events and Meet links created on confirm

Let clients reschedule themselves securely

The problem

Every reschedule request becomes another email thread. Creators spend hours coordinating times instead of creating content.

After booking, attendees get a private manage link to reschedule within your rules or cancel before the cutoff. You get notified and both sides receive updated emails.

Public Booking Page

A branded page on your creator subdomain where anyone picks a session, sees real open slots in their timezone, and confirms in minutes.

Session Types (Free & Paid)

Discovery calls, portfolio reviews, brand consults, and more. Each session has its own title, duration, description, and optional price.

Google Meet Auto-Links

Every confirmed booking can include a Google Meet link on the calendar event and in confirmation emails with a Click here to join button.

Razorpay Checkout for Paid Sessions

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know before getting started.

Who can use creator meeting bookings?

Any approved creator on UGC Content can set up a public booking page. Free plan includes one free session type. Pro adds more session types plus one paid session. Studio unlocks unlimited free and paid sessions, plus booking coupons.

Do I need Google Calendar connected?

Yes, for live availability and automatic Google Meet links. Connect Google once from Bookings settings. UGC Content reads your free and busy times, blocks double bookings, and creates calendar events with Meet links when someone books.

Can brands book me without a UGC Content account?

Yes. Your public booking page works for anyone with the link. They pick a session, choose a slot in their timezone, add a message, and pay if the session is paid. No login required on their side.

How do paid sessions work?

Set a price on any session type. The attendee pays via Razorpay at checkout. After payment clears, the booking is confirmed, your wallet is credited (net of gateway fees), and both of you receive confirmation emails with the Meet link.

Can attendees reschedule or cancel?

Yes. Every booking gets a private manage link sent by email. Attendees can reschedule to another open slot or cancel within your policy window. Creators can also reschedule or cancel from the bookings dashboard, with updated emails sent automatically.

What booking policies can I set?

Configure minimum notice before booking, how far ahead slots open, buffer time between meetings, daily booking limits, cancellation cutoff hours, and your default timezone. Block specific dates or time ranges when you are unavailable.

Can I embed bookings on my portfolio?

Yes. Add a Book a Call block to your portfolio in the portfolio editor. Visitors can start a booking flow without leaving your portfolio page.

Do I get email notifications?

Yes. You and your attendee receive emails on confirmation, updates, cancellation, reminders before the meeting, and follow-up after the session. Emails include session details, a Click here to join button when Meet is ready, and a private manage link for the attendee.

Can I offer discount codes on bookings?

Booking coupons are available on Studio plan. Create percentage or fixed discounts, set expiry and usage limits, and share codes with select clients or your audience.

How does availability scheduling work?

Set weekly hours with multiple time ranges per day, apply presets, and override with blocked days. The slot engine respects buffers, daily caps, existing bookings, and busy times from Google Calendar including calendars you choose to check for conflicts.

Can I export my booking data?

Yes. Export bookings from your dashboard for reporting or your own CRM. Search and filter by session, status, and date range in the bookings list.

What session types can I create?

Create as many session types as your plan allows: discovery calls, portfolio reviews, brand strategy sessions, paid consultations, and more. Each session has its own duration, price (free or paid), description, and optional intake questions.

Is there an ICS calendar file for attendees?

Yes. Attendees can download an ICS file from their manage booking page to add the meeting to Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, or Outlook.

What happens if someone abandons checkout on a paid session?

The slot is held briefly while payment completes. Unpaid holds expire automatically so the time slot opens again for others.
